Introduction

Set rules in any society are put into practice if the people in the community see the rules as ethical first . The rules also need to be able to favor the inhabitants of that same place . The effects of the set guidelines affect the people in large , but the most people who are affected if the set rules are disobeyed are the children . This is a group that comprises of the toddlers to an age before adulthood

Within many different communities we have a great problem in many families which varies in many ways , for instance the family might not be willing to follow the correct lifestyles that are correct in society (Journal childhood obesity . These lifestyles may directly or indirectly affect us in one way or another . We have people in different communities who have toned up well to be called bodybuilders or athletes who are well built they are mostly overweight but not obese therefore , obese is an excess amount of fat that the body needs . In other terms people with a BMI 30 are obese people . BMI is the body mass index which is the measurement which involves measuring weight in proportion to height , also there is the waist circumference that does involve the measurement of the abdominal fat this is mostly done for research purposes

Obesity has in the recent years been an epidemic in the world now because we find that many studies done for instance by the WHO show mostly in adults but an initiative has been used where child obesity is being looked at . Because the relation to how children get to the obesity stage is not as correlated as it is with adults (Fred K Nicole B 2002

Evaluation criteria

The nature of obesity makes it the most simple disease to be able to recognize , nevertheless it poses the greatest difficult in being able to treat it . The annual cost of obesity to any community is so high for example due to lack of exercise and the needed foods that are healthy for the body . We find that obesity wipes a significant 300 ,000 people each year which in a rough estimate will accost the society a 100 billion to be able to sustain it .
