Decision making is not an easy task especially in organizations where one may be faced with technical issues of organizational structure of the company . Complex matters in an organization need special attention which is determined by factors such as uncertainties , complexity alternatives , interpersonal issues , and high risk cost . Effective decision making depends on the application of a constructive environment for the decision where team leaders must identify the correct options with

clearly defined organizational structure and the expected result of the decision to be made . After the identification and exploration of different options the best alternative of the decision is picked then applied

Management of change and innovation can only be achieved effectively through the involvement of all stakeholders within the system . For example , collecting ideas from other members of the staff and recipients of the change is important for change implementation . In other wards change must not be an imposition of personal ideas into the system when other members are in disagreement . It is worth discussing the change and its intended result within the organization so as to get feed back otherwise the change fails . Analysis of the current state of the organization and expected future is necessary . The decision is applied after agreement and thorough consideration of its outcome .
