Change in Organizations
Organizational Change Change in business procedures is usually executed in to achieve a specific objective (McNamara , 1997 . These factor delegate the importance of improving on productivity and profitability goals for a company . For this aspect , change in the organization is very important to be communicated efficiently for the purpose of a successful management strategy (Canterucci , 2000 For the company in reference , the outline of communication would first address how the complete change and technical procedures will take effect . The use of presentation modules will be very important . Second is to

come up with a structured schedule for each labor departments This schedule outline will be used to disseminate the info about change in procedures . Third , an open communication platform should be installed for the people who will be affected by change to be able to send their feedback , reactions and concerns
Using a presentation module is one very efficient approach to send information . Basically , communication channels such as videos , written s and bulletin boards are considered effective tools for info dissemination (Heathfield , 2008 . One example is the creation of a PowerPoint presentation in visual form which can be used for the meetings . This is a very good way of informing the members of the organizations because visual presentation can provide a huge amount of info without the need to further explain a given idea
On the part of the scheduled meetings , one good example is to acquire the different work schedules of the employees and stratify them according to specific time frames . This will allow the presenter of change management to disseminate the info to all members of the organization and that each one of them will be covered . Apparently , a face-to-face form of communication increases the degree of significance in executing a change in business procedures (Miller , 2005
Lastly , a feedback resolution facility such as surveys will enable the affected individuals to share how they would like to receive the change according to their personal perception . This is a very important aspect of change since the company basically relies on the manpower resources coming from the employees
Changing how an organization works takes more than the actual modification of the business procedures . The best way to incorporate a particular goal is to inform the basic units of the company which are solely responsible for the execution of such change
