In the fast changing world , it is necessary to bring in change and to mould our lives according to the requirements . In the personal lives the people bring in change according to their own ways but my personal change theory that I will talk about here has been developed on the basis of Kurt Lewin 's change management theory . It has been said by Kurt Lewin that change is based on three stages in the entire process . The first stage is known as unfreezing that means that when you bring about a change , the persisting mind set has to be dismantled so that the new change can be applied . Once this is done , the next stage is the change itself as this is the stage at which the real change takes place .
