can make it difficult to mark its presence in the other fields , especially in the field of justice

Police and other similar agencies have always been claiming about the independent practice duri8ng their practice of prosecutorial discretion . The prosecution as well as the defense lawyers claims a certain level of freedom just like the way judiciary claims independence in judicial system . But somewhere down the line , this independence is insufficient to be used as the limitation to oppose the analytical process or to be considered as a reason to deny the cooperation with fellow members of the judicial practice , especially in the criminal justice system

Future Challenges

It is really important to stress upon the issues like independence than the other problems as it is an inevitable component and the most important deciding factor in the criminal justice system and all other parts of the judiciary as far as the leading groups in a criminal justice organization are considered
