Such an approach boils down to the point of type of leadership - as leaders out to achieve such an aim certainly need a leadership style that would be most appropriate to the situation , where it should be able to imbibe the concept of seeing every human as a valuable resource to the heart of every worker . Servant leadership is such a style of functioning that aims to make everyone a leader by making everyone a best possible server , and thus it can be adopted as the most appropriate leadership style in this regard
