Authorities said the practice was a threat to other drivers and commuters on the road . Accordingly , the use of cell phones does not choose when and

where the user is and commonly a call or a text happens while driving . Although basically the attention from the conversation may make the driver lose his focus and could put himself and someone in danger other people say otherwise . This is not the only reason why accidents happen , they say . Other commuters say that they see women applying make-up , men eating their breakfast , shaving or brushing their teeth while driving . Road accidents do happen not because of reckless driving but mixing driving with other task that grab focus . And the most common task that was pointed at by authorities is using cell phones on the road .
