When two people , get involved into a relationship and are in love couldn 't help but think only of the good and bright side of the outcome of what they have . All they have in mind is that extreme passion for each other that they thought will never fade away , but the moment the fire of passion stops they immediately jump into - divorce

What is then Divorce ?-Divorce comes from the Latin word Divertere which means to turns aside . To turn aside from your partner and your family when

things aren 't going as you have liked them to be and it is also the ending of a marriage before the death of either a spouse

Divorce is quite popular in most Americans for this is the only resort for two people whose love and understanding for each other has failed and couldn 't work it out without thinking of their families and children 's welfare . In the United States , the divorce rate has been traveling upward for more than a century . The divorce rate has stabilized since the 1980 's but it is still the highest in the industrialized world as of now . Studies show that today 40 of all first marriages will end in divorce compared to only 16 in the 1960 's . It has also been found that upwards of 60 of all remarriages will not last either but then usually ends again in divorce

There are people who don 't believe that cessation of love is the major cause of having a divorce among Americans but still they are considering some other reasons . According to the research , married couples assessment of the quality of

their marriage starts to sink rapidly just after the "I do " and continues

downward through the first four years . The quality of marriage plateaus

after that first dip and then declines again during years eight , nine and

10--the "seven-year itch " part . Couples reported that the presence of

children is , not surprisingly , a considerable stress on a marriage the

research states that having children at home prevented married couples

from maintaining "positive illusions about their relationships

These are the following fundamental reasons why Americans resort to divorce

Typical partners are unaware of the effects of the wounds and ignorance that they had in childhood memories and their relationships on their families and friends . Partners wrongly combined wounds , their unawareness and needs which leads them to make unwise mate-commitment choice and when personal , relationship and parenting problem arise and are unavoidable . There is also this lack of communication among couples which alleviates the situation that they have due to effecting problem-solving knowledge in to arrive to a permanent solution and not just aggravate the situation . Stress from work and the environment can be the other reason , having stressors will let the partner be unable to do his responsibility to his partner and children arising negative issues which will connect to the problem of money and attention .
