Promotion is everyone 's dream . It motivates people to work diligently so that promotion comes its way . Just like other people , I also dream to be promoted in every area of my life . But before promotion knocks on my door , I need to do something about it that will lead me to my promotion There are many ways to be promoted as a supervisor . First , as mentioned earlier , diligence is very important as well as integrity . I should give my hundred percent in

doing my job . For example , I should work faithfully even my employer is not looking at me . I should carry on my responsibilities without delay as my performance level will be scrutinized moreover , having a good relationship and trust , too , to my colleagues are important because it is the very foundation of harmonious working relationship with others . Because how can people effectively supervise his staff when his staff does not believe in him or does not believe on his capability to supervise ? For example , if I am a kind of colleague who is not trustworthy , there is a tendency that if I will be promoted as supervisor my working relationship with my staff is not good because of my personal trait is not admirable and it may create unhealthy working relationship with them

Secondly , continuous education is needed in to be promoted . I need to educate myself more related to the field I am in . There should be effective learning that will enable me carry the responsibility as a supervisor . For example , I need to attend seminars and conventions , too or even enroll myself to short courses that will enhance my capability and potential as supervisor . With that , I will be learned and equipped to the field I am in . Therefore , I would say that through these varied processes , promotion as supervisor is at hand
