Abstract

The case of Shirley Brown who was eighteen years of age review shows a serious need for concern in the medical procedures of the department of health and the services that it hires . First it was the persistent of the problem even after it was treated for the first time and then the compounding of the fears of unacceptable results from the practitioners by

not giving the full implication of the chosen treatment . From the proceeding of the case , it can be seen that the actual results were not the desired results and there is he need to go through the medical procedure again to treat the patient . This subsequently calls for repeat of the whole process and identifying the flaws and it is should not be allowed to continue like that without interventions to seek the best results

The patient was suffering with a case of dysmenorrheal and the first procedure was ineffective while the second procedure omitted important details to the patient about the implications to her health . This shows a case that needs better problem analysis approach and all the stages in the problem solving process have to be viewed with relation to each other as each is correlated and there is nowhere in the system that the factors cannot combine against the patient 's and a repeat of curing the patient 's health...
