The patient was suffering with a case of dysmenorrheal and the first procedure was ineffective while the second procedure omitted important details to the patient about the implications to her health . This shows a case that needs better problem analysis approach and all the stages in the problem solving process have to be viewed with relation to each other as each is correlated and there is nowhere in the system that the factors cannot combine against the patient 's and a repeat of curing the patient 's health...
