The main complication arises from the fact that according to the opinion of employee B who is making the final product , the employee A slows the process down by his inability to fulfill all of the responsibilities which have been laid on him . In order to settle the dispute , it 's very important for the owner to take into consideration all of the advice which has been offered by Employee C because he has been supervising the mentioned employees and it is in his competence to figure out what has been write and wrong in the work process
It 's very important in such a case to do all of the analysis of the working documentation which summarizes the results of the work of Employee A in order to make a conclusion about whether he has really been working inefficiently or not . The most important documentation which has to be analyzed in such a case includes the reports on the items made by the employee , the characteristics of items made . One of the issues which have to investigated include the quality of work which has been performed by Employee A and his meeting the were placed in front of him during the working process . Employee C has all of the information on that point , therefore it has to be studied and analyzed in order to come to the final conclusion . The analysis of the situation in the workplace is also very necessary in such a case because it might indicate the problems which the Employee A might be going through in the process of his work . As far as the investigations have shown , there are no questions about the safety of the workplace therefore the performance of the Employee A has to be analyzed in detail
