Case Study

.2 .10 .2 1 Describe one of the best case studies you have seen . What are the specific parts of it that made it memorable Include a reference

As a matter of fact , I truly like the case studies prepared by the Harvard Business Review . These case studies is the representation of the Harvard Busiess school which is known for its methodological strengths strategic thinking and constant innovation . The case studies are all made according to the same principles of simplicity and innovation and usually comprise the follwing parts

Case study snapshot

p Company 's snapshot and problem introduction

Background information on the company

Background information on the industry (competitors

Corporate action . How the problem has been solved till that point

Questions that the reader has to answer 2 Here is the practice case study . Also , consider that after summarizing the issues , some type of analysis would be good before the possible solutions and then your solution

The costs associated with new entrants hiring , training , etc certainly will make the company to lower its profits . Hiring and retaining people means that Blue Grocery Stores would not need to incur the unneeded extra expenses spend on training someone who would leave the company after a month of work . Yet the extra finances directed towards the employee retention will mean investing...
