p Company 's snapshot and problem introduction
Background information on the company
Background information on the industry (competitors
Corporate action . How the problem has been solved till that point
Questions that the reader has to answer 2 Here is the practice case study . Also , consider that after summarizing the issues , some type of analysis would be good before the possible solutions and then your solution
Analysis : The given case study speaks about one of the problems that the Blue Grocessy stores company is facing and about Arthur Reed who does not know what to do to have the summers covered
Problem defined : Blue Grocery stores historically had labor problems in the summer . A great number of people are on vacation . Many people take more sick leaves to enjoy the sunny summer . The company needs replacements in order to function properly . At the same time it does not want to hire people full time because of the extra expenses involved in the process
Issues in focus
In the summer people do not like working for Blue Grocery stores
There is a high turnover rate because people do not want to work a lot and not get the benefits of full time workers
Need to hire more people
Alterntives of action

Constantly place adds in newspapers , magazines , on the internet and other areas to attract workers
Improve the working conditions , i .e . increase the pay , give some benefits
