In life , I have several goals in my mind . However , I am aiming at one particular dream which I have been striving to achieve since childhood Apart from that , I have set time also for the achievement of my goals For the time being , I may say that I am nearing for the realization of my dream . But then , I have to completely fulfill first my short-term goals in for me to eventually realize my dream of being a successful businessman After graduation , I planned to stay for the meantime

at ADV Company where I am currently connected with . Though I am only an intern at ADV a company specializing in diamond and goal advertising , I intend to stay as a regular employee . Apart from my desire to expand my knowledge in advertising , I am also enjoying my work at ADV . Aside from that , I am challenged by the nature of the job which is strenuous , comprehensive and complicated , and is actually necessary in enhancing my skills and knowledge in business . At ADV , I oftentimes held tasks which involve analyzing , communicating , and evaluating . These tasks have opened my mind about working seriously and in capably compete with other prominent companies and rivals . I also observed how the management keeps on inspiring their employees and in fairly treating them regardless of their position , color , and gender . For this reason also , I want to learn the secret of retaining loyal and dedicated employees . Hence , as for my short-tem goal...
