Capital Punishment Capital Punishment Capital punishment is an extremely controversial subject , that I will be discussing , where some individuals feel that it is a cruel and intolerable procedure , that should be done away with and that it is too high of a price to pay for one 's crime . Others will argue that capital punishment should help to control the high murder rate and is a fair and just punishment for those criminals who take another person 's life in a cruel manner . Personally , I

don 't believe in capital punishment because I feel that by executing a murderer , the exact crime is also being committed the second time . By taking a murderers life , we are saying that the previous murder , that was committed wasn 't fair , but murdering the criminal is . I guess , I think that two wrongs don 't make a right and that murder for any reason shouldn 't be acceptable , by criminals or no criminals . By executing a person , we are taking another 's life and acting as murders , ourselves . I don 't feel that anyone has the right to take the life of another . Legal murder should be against the law and done away with in every country in the world . By placing a murderer in prison for life , we are taking them away from the public and making certain that the criminal doesn 't have another chance to kill , again Life behind bars should be a sufficient punishment and would be a far greater punishment than death , anyway . The individual who took the life of another , would spend the remainder of their life thinking about the crime that they so foolishly committed , and would pay for that crime continually , without escaping their punishment by receiving and early death sentence , in the United States and other countries in the world where countries vary on their manner of execution

And not just murderers , but the most brutal and vicious murderers in the nation . If after 28 years we 've hit a milestone of only 1000 executions , that shows the US justice system utilizes the death penalty sparingly

Kouri also explains that America is the most generous , the most compassionate nation on the planet . Americans , for the most part , are a caring people . But when it comes to heinous acts of murder , Americans concern themselves with the victims not with the murderers who 've taken away from the victims everything they have and everything they will ever have ' Only liberals , including the majority of the ladies and gentlemen of the press are concerned with the treatment of murderers and thugs . And so , while they celebrate the routine killing of unborn babies , they oppose the execution of the most violent and brutal among us

Nations have different methods of executions and also judge which individuals should be put...
