Capital punishment in schools has been used as a means of punishing students who have violated certain school rules and regulations . Arguments in favor of capital punishment

This is a very effective form of punishment which ensures that the students who have grossly violated the rules and regulations that govern their conduct in school . Schools , just like any other society must be guided by certain laws which must be followed by all . For those who break such set laws , there must be ways through which they should be punished otherwise the rules and regulations would have no meaning at all .
