the service , medical care services , treatments , diagnosis the rehabilitation . The government and the institutions or organizations that finance the service are also part of the system

The health care system is divided into three main and interrelated components . The first component is the consumers of the services these are the people who are in need of the service or the sick . The second component consists of the people who provide the service to the needy This may include the professionals and the practitioners in the service like the doctors and nurses . The third main component is the organizations or institutions that make the service available to those who need it . This may include the financiers and the institutions where care service is needed

The population referred herein is the people who are in need of the service . These may include the aged , youth , adults and the children Health care services do not discriminate among the population and thus there is a call for every one to access the service

The health care system has an influence to the society and the population in general . The welfare and the effectiveness of the system will determine how it will impact the community in seeking for the service in that particular institution

As the number of qualified workers in the health care field is decreasing as compared to the number of those seeking medical services which is on the rise , the population has been forced to take some precautionary measurers to protect their health

According to the world health organization , the population is always expecting good health care and expectations of adequate responsiveness from the system . The population is more concerned with the quality of the service , its efficiency , acceptability and affordability

In the United States , the number of the older generation is expected to grow , this is expected to have an impact on the health service provision as older people are the more prevalent in the consumption of the service putting a strain to the present health infrastructure .
