Thus change relies on various factors of environments , activities and interactions , wherein change creates the path of destination , prospects and directions . Change can be literally defined as the process of transformation

In the perspectives of organizations , the process of transformation or change evolves within two distinct factors , such as the internal and external factors (McNamara , 2008 . According to McNamara , the phases of change in an organization are attributed by rediscoveries of its internal (organizational ) capabilities and discoveries of external (environmental ) situations . It may be perceived that rediscoveries and discoveries focus on creating the path of the future where the organizational directions change . As cited , the future is a consequence of preference among different paths obtainable by the present change being envisioned then evolves as a destination
