I acquired from my undergrad studies , I have been able to apply and watch myself grow through my employer and become a member of the Human Resource team . I have served my company as a human resource manager for the last year and have learned a lot from my superiors and subordinates

Five years from now I visualize myself sitting down behind a desk asking the interviewer this same question Where do you see yourself five years from now ' After completing my Masters in Human Resource Management I picture myself as the human resource director holding the higher-level responsibilities and decision making at a hospital
