For starters in to clearly understand all about business law we will start by defining the key terms in business law and other terms that have been used in the article that we are going to use (Emerson Robert .2004 .p31
Business could be takes to illustrate any movement that involves exchange of goods or services for cash . Law is all the systems recognized by authority or institution for governing the behaviour of a nation or different stakeholder 's example business . Therefore business law could be taken to be laws that relate to business entities and this could include partnerships and corporations (Emerson , Robert .2004 .p31
Business ethics on the other hand are values or morality that govern people in any business setting , example certain social accountability within a business . Any business law tries to focus on the following issues employees contracts their medical insurance and benefits ,advertising ,recruitment ,marketing reimbursement laws for personnel , least amount earnings law , taxation among other things (Marsh .S .B .2002 .p12-14
Fraud is a trickery made for selfish gain . This is an offense and a social regulation abuse . Example according to the article the citizens of Colorado and more so the business community is trying to evaluate a planned election measure that would truly break down company fraud According to the article the law could make executives criminally accountable for fraud at the businesses they ran . It would also allow any occupant to take legal action against any executive in such situations (Robb Stuart , 2002 .p11
Insider trading is the trading of a company 's stock or other securities example bonds by someone working with that specific company or a staff with over ten percent of the company 's shares . Insider trading could be lawful and also at times could be unlawful . Such trading is understood to increase the rate of the investment for securities issuers , hence declining in general economic growth . The final key term that will going to look at here is litigation , this could be , to take a claim or disagreement to a court or to challenge a allege before the court (Robb Stuart , 2002 .p 24-27
