Abstract

In this writing exercise , I shall explore the legalities and non-legalities of lease contracts and laws related to the ownership of property either in full or partially . This seeks to answer how the land /property ownership or non-ownership law would apply to a lease contract or how it may not apply to make a property contract enforceable . Emphasis is given on the contractual terms as well as what makes and what does not make a contract

Involves three parties the drawer , drawee and payee

Promise : - this is the second negotiable instrument that is is the promise of one party to pay another

Involves the maker (the one promising to pay ) and the payee (the one who is originally to be paid

Instrument in writing in to show evidence of negotiability

Signed by the maker or drawer and hence indicates which kind of commercial it is

Containing an unconditional , unequivocal promise or to pay

Certain sum of money which indicate the exact and specific amount to be paid to the payee
