For along time in history , different people and organizations have been fighting for the rights of those who feel that they have been oppressed or discriminated in the society in one way or the other due to some factors . All of the people have to be given equal treatment at work places and be given equal opportunities disregarding sex , color , or sexual orientation of a person . Homosexuals have found themselves being discriminated in the work place just by identifying with their sexual orientation . This is because it has been found that whenever one identifies themselves to be homosexual they start to receive negative relationship in their work place , which mostly ends up affecting their work motivation , as well as being psychologically disturbed .
