Any writing , to be effective and well-written , needs to have sound and reasonable ideas , backed or supported by credible sources , with correct citation of such sources , and most importantly , organization . The in-text citations for the authors were incorrectly formatted as she used `et al ' where they are not needed and failed to use it where they should be .
