Members of the cabinet such as Colin Powell Secretary of State did not think that it was such a good idea to attack Iraq . He did not even know that it was part of the plan . Woodward enlightens the reader by showing that Powell would not follow the lead with the other players . Powell will be put in several tight spots by the Neo-cons
