I think that that most important lesson I learned from this course was the importance of corporate culture . The consideration of its different components and types was a highly interesting part of the course Although I had been aware of the concept before , I did not realize how important it was to the creation of coherent , well-structured corporate environment . Thinking about the issue after learning course materials enabled me to recognize that corporate culture may in fact more be important than any other single factor in the

development of a successful organization

Culture is a very broad notion that encompasses virtually all aspects of organizational life . It relates to diversity in management , teamwork management style and the ability to delegate , ethical norms and values human resource practices and many other aspects of business . Without an effective culture , an organization should have a really exclusive competitive advantage to succeed in business . Learning more about this , I realized that it is indeed a very effective way to influence things within an organization . However , to make changes in culture possible , one needs to know it in great detail . I think this is worth further investigation as the knowledge of various aspects of culture and opportunities to change it can provide a business professional with effective means to influence the functioning of the organization . Realization of different aspects of culture will help me develop strategies that can be employed in to make corporate culture an effective tool of organizational management
