Long-term career development requires dedication , devotion and determination in to stay motivated to achieve goals in whatever respect . For instance if one is aspirant in making a career in hospitality management as food and beverage manager , what are the strengths required to become an efficient food and beverage manager

Firstly , F B Manager must have good communication skills , capacity to understand customers needs , and provide quality service to the entire satisfaction of customer . Possess good communication skills , especially knowledge in one or two foreign languages to communication in French

German apart from English , dynamic attitude to be bold enough to deal with every type of customer and good HR manager to coordinate with staff members

F B Manager must possess good and adequate knowledge in culinary arts even to suggest a good recipe to a customer in case customer is not able to make a decision in selecting recipes

There are many five star restaurants , which are in need of food and beverage manager , who has to be qualified in hospitality management whether as a degree program or as a post-graduate degree program to make a long-term goal in hotel management

Conclusion

F B Manager program is a very cool program for young students who can even develop interest in making innovative recipes once a recruitment is made in a five star hotel . Students must remember the post of a F B manager is a responsible job and one cannot be ignorant of events that are taking place within restaurant and just adjust oneself with the job . One must possess enough strength to extend good and quality services whenever required
