Bullying is really common in school environment . For many children this is quite common experience especially during high school . It is a behavioral problem that needs attention of both parents and educators Preventative lecture should be given up to put an end to this unlikely behavior of high school students . In to stop it , the perpetrators should not be imprisoned because it may trigger one to be more

violent and aggressive in the future

High school is the level of students who are in the adolescent stage This is where most formation and development occurs in a student 's personality . Undoubtedly , this phase is where parents and teachers should focus their attention . Behavioral problems are expected to happen during this stage and it should be handled properly

There are many causes and effects of bullying that either make or break a person . Negative emotions affect the personal and social development of students . Most of the victims tend to become afraid of going to school because of the trauma . The bullies , on the other hand , use dominance and do foul and unfair things to their co-students . This becomes a pattern which they will carry as they grow up . The victims of bullying carry the burden and suffer from having a victim mentality They are often silent and find it hard to deal with peers again

On the other hand , students who recovered themselves from Bullying made them more mature individuals after receiving proper lectures . Parental involvement is needed in to fix this behavioral problem . The coordination of parents and school authorities is necessary to devise policies and procedures to reduce bullying . Their involvement on being educated about bullying is extremely important since the effect of bullying varies in short term and long term effects on students behavior . Parents being the first teacher can certainly help children to end up bullying . Whether the child is the perpetrator or the victim , the need of parental involvement is really encouraged . It is not only the parent 's responsibility to monitor the student 's behavior . Teachers play a big role in the formation of student 's personality . The main key on resolving the issue on bullying is by educating parents , teachers and students themselves about the effects of bullying . Working on prevention is a must so that it will not go as far as criminal justice system has to get involved
