Biological warfare is seen as a combat tactics which employ the use of any biological agent such as bacteria , virus , fungus , protozoa , plants or animals to gain unjust advantage to win a war . It commonly administered in by deliberately poisoning food and water , the use of toxins , from animals or other organism may it be living or dead Several countries have engaged into the manufacture of these biological weapons

but most have entered into an international agreement to contain and the technology and proliferate on such to address the fast phase development of those who have devoted most of their resources to strike fear over other countries . The principles of biological warfare have been abused several times by delineating too much from its intended use Toxins for example , have been studied in the past and future studies are still on-going to find possible ways to combat pain . If one is to weigh the ethical reasons of such , we will arrive at the phrase that the end does not justify the means . Man will not be able to give a morally upright justification to the ethicality of using biological weaponry . Little that he know , the spread was the own doing of his own commander whose main plot is to conceal an inherently unethical plan of developing the perfect biological weapon Motaba , which is according to the film , was more deadly than Ebola ' is carried by a smuggled monkey which survived the initial outbreak in Africa . The deadly airborne virus finds its way into the USA and starts killing off people at an epidemic rate . Extreme measures are necessary to contain an epidemic of a deadly airborne virus .
