Running head : BEHAVIORS IN ORGANIZATIONS BEHAVIORS IN ORGANIZATIONS MACROBUTTON NoMacro [Insert Names of Author (s ) here] MACROBUTTON NoMacro [Insert Institution information here] BEHAVIORS IN ORGANIZATIONS It would be surmised from Mary 's post that she had two things in mind that she had discussed the help that diversity training would have in organizational matters , particularly in her workplace , and that she had a notion of the negative feedbacks regarding diversity training Structurally speaking , Mary 's attempts in achieving her goals were unclear especially when transitions were lacking . Overall though , her

br essay was informative and somewhat substantial for a concise discussion concerning diversity training . However , the main point in this essay is to assess the arguments as well as making a stand from what Mary was talking about
Mary had claimed that she agrees on both the pros and cons of diversity training but her essay insinuates that she is much inclined in agreeing with the diversity training program . In any event , I do find myself agreeing on some points that were said in her post . First is that the disadvantages and advantages of diversity training could balance out each other . The criticisms that Mary had provided through Cullen 's work would have given a clear picture for the people who have much faith in diversity training programs . Also , she had also provided the positive effects that diversity training might convey by bringing up the ideas of Smith and Wentling . But what I could post as a problem to the claims above is that there could be instances that diversity training programs would have different effects on different organizations or companies as well as an individual 's response to the program . Another criticism that could be raised here though is that whether or not there is a necessity for such program . What could be inferred here though is that Mary 's discussion may be substantial , and I would admit on agreeing to some of her points but there are things that are still needed to clarify the real importance of diversity training
