Determining , whether or not , the health care benefits of the company /organization may reach as far as full compensation or partial compensation may be imperative for the growth of the company /organization in the sense that granting compensations for the severely ill or diseased may encourage individuals to work for the company /organization and may even add prestige to the company /organization in terms of taking care of their workers

DONORS AND FUND RAISERS

Question : Is the company /organization vying to adopt a post-fund raiser information policy for the donors

A post-fund raiser information policy for donors means that the company /organization will be sending relevant information to the donor upon the usage or execution of the funds donated . Acts like sending pictures , letters , videos and other such creative processes that clearly pertains to how the funds were used and how successful was its usage was are some of the ways this policy is poised to act

Question : Are there clear policies regarding the presentation or provision of accolades to clients /customers who have been with the company /organization for a long time

Providing awards of recognition or loyalty to clients /customers who have been faithful to the company /organization is an important issue that the latter has to address

Question : What are the policies or the company /organization in terms of volunteer assimilation and /or absorption

Underlying the issue of , whether or not , volunteers - through excellent performance and sheer determination - can be a member of the company /organization through assimilation or absorption processes is an important factor for the company /organization to consider especially in terms of choosing their volunteers

SOCIETY

Question : To what extent is the company /organization responsive to State Affairs

Is the company /organization a threat or an ally to the State ? What is the policy of the company /organization in terms of dealing with the affairs of the States ?
