This is because the main culture that they uphold in their organization is to give importance to their workers , as they believe the people are the asset of the company . The way they treat their employees as an essential part of the company is a plus because no one would want to work for something that has

The Microsoft Company upholds 5 steps to strengthen their company culture . They seek to understand , take action , involve , collaborate and demand accountability from their employees (Collins , n .d Specifically , understanding their employees is done to be able to determine the needs of their employees . Through communicating with their employees , they find out what motivates them and what they expect from the job . In this way , the workers will feel that they are important to the company . After which is taking action . It is putting into action all what has been discussed in the understanding step . This would further the feeling of worth of the workers in the company
They also involve and collaborate with the workers into developing the business and the culture . This shows that the growth of the business and the culture are not being dictated by the higher-ups . It is important that I , as a worker , would just do anything that the one in command s . Nevertheless , the leader would still be there to serve as a guide for the employees . And last , they don 't just pamper and pamper the employees . They also show that they expect something from the employees by demanding accountability from them . The employees are involved in the formulation of business culture but be accountable for the sustainability of the culture
The balance of being important to the company and show how you can be important is the right combination for me in selecting the employer
