A New Control on Government

Over the last 225 years human thought has advanced the cause of science medicine , the arts , and almost every other field of human endeavor government , sadly remains neglected and left to rot in the hands of ambitious policy makers that care not one whit for theory , only for the increase of their own power . The time has come to review government 's power and to limit its power over individual choice and action . The time has come to rid the world of victimless crimes , crowded prisons , and

enforced morality . There exists one way to accomplish this goal , to pass an amendment to the Constitution that simply states : Congress and the States may only enact criminal laws to prevent theft and assault

This simple restriction will end the debate forever on abortion legalize all drugs , legalize prostitution , legalize public nudity legalize gambling , remove driver licenses , remove license plates , and allow unrestricted weapon ownership . There can be an exception for what is allowed to be sold to those that have not yet attained the age of majority sales of drugs or such to minors can be deemed assault Discrimination can also be considered as a form of assault . The line between actions formed from free will and assault or theft will be gradually defined by the independent judicial system

The chances to get such a bold change to the United States Constitution passed by the majority of States are slim indeed . It takes vision to see that...
