We work best as a team because we relate with each other , ideas are shared and many issues are trashed out at the level of a team . we can create a leadership team among the teachers by making them to participate in the affair of the school , the head of the school must create a conducive atmosphere of data sharing among the teacher shared decision-making process , and share respect for each members of the team By this the teachers will be confident enough to take charge over some situation
