Which Paradigm Best Describes Your Current Learning Organizational Environment ? Why ? Provide an Example In my current learning organizational environment I prove Constructivism paradigm to be the best since it has shown the excellent results from the recent researches that have been carried out by different scholars . It emphasize that students should use their own understanding and knowledge to solve and analyze the current world issues through using their own experience and abilities . For example a group of student in a chemistry class facing difficulties while discussing a certain issue , their teacher

shall not solve the issue for them directly but he /she will focus on helping student to restate the issue in an understandable way and expect them use their knowledge to solving the issue . Hence by so doing the student are able to come up with their own solution
The Classroom Constructivism paradigm incorporates different teachings and practices among the students such as communication skills , problem solving skills , critical and creative thinking e .t .c . Thus it equips the students with the necessary knowledge and ideas therefore they stand at a position of having strong abilities of integrating information . For example if one comes across something controversial or un ideal within a societal setting he /she should be able to use past experience knowledge and ideas to bring the issue out clearly to the people who might have misunderstood it thus resulting to misguidance
