Introduction

Hotels are supposed to create a customer-centered service that would help the clients relax and receive the best kind of rest that they need from a stressful and hectic regular days . This is the reason why hotels are pre-designed to create a relaxing ambiance for the guests

However , because of some primary circumstances that the management of several hotels fail to see , there occurs some problems with regards the ways that the hotel assists its guests . As for this matter , the three-star hotel of Ghana is given an option to know what these specific problems are and thus make the necessary changes in the organization needed to address the said problem . This shall then present the management of the said hotel with the SWOT analysis that the researcher has so far came up with to address the viable advantages and disadvantages of the existing systems or management and client-provisions within the said establishment . Along with the said analysis , the researcher also would suggest the certain methodologies needed for the hotel to consider to be able to go back to the previous performance-rate of the said establishment

One of the most important functions of the management team is to see to it that the organization is able to meet its goal of giving the clients a high-level performance and providing the organization itself with the profit that they ought to receive from the operations that they complete

For this reason , this research aims to equip the management team of the said hotel establishment with the knowledge and the skills they need to solve the problem that they are facing at present . By being able to understand the situation , the management team could create the possible procedures needed to answer the issue concerning the performance of the whole organization as reflected in the profit rate that they receive annually
