Businesses over the years have changed a lot with more demanding functions being incorporated which is a necessity with growth and expansion plans . To cope up with the huge pressure and expanding business , it is imperative to the business to have an efficient IT system to organize their work flow and make it system oriented . To achieve this objective , companies have realized that outsourcing of the IT systems is

the need of the hour as they cannot do everything themselves . They are correct in their approach of outsourcing the system development which is not their core business and concentrate on the other important business issues .
