issues like racial and ethnic discrimination . This issue has been known to take its place all over the United States ever since the first group of immigrants was sighted . Over the years , when more and more foreign immigrants from all over the world have been coming in the United States , racial discriminative acts against this people continued to rise , and historical accounts cannot hide the fact that one of the most aggravated groups was that of the Black Americans

Most historical accounts on immigrants and ethnic groups in America state that African-Americans have the most number of racial and ethnic discriminative cases done by the Native Whites or White Americans Apparently , this issue has been treated as a common experience by the Black Americans .
