Adam the father of mankind had a legacy which we have inherited from him . His human responsibilities start from the day God created him through the day he was cursed from the splendid Garden of Eden . Those human responsibilities were among them caring for what God had created

In the book of genesis , man (Adam ) was created in the last day after He had created every kind of creature and plant . In chapter one from the verse of twenty six (26 ) of the book of

Genesis And God said , let us make man in our image , after our likeness : and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the fowl of the air , and over the cattle , and over all the earth and over every creeping creature that creepeth upon the earth . Verse twenty seven (27 ) says that , So God created man in his own image , in the image of God , male and female created he them verses twenty eight (28 , and God blessed them , be fruitful , and multiply , and replenish the earth , and subdue it , and Have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the fowl of the air

Adam had been given instructions on how to live and manage all things in his own . He was the one who managed all the animals and was given the responsibility to take care of them . He was not only given responsibility but was also promised . Adam named the animals and was friendly to them (Genesis Chapter 2 :20 ) says , and Adam gave names to all cattle , and to the fowl of the air and to the beast of the field God did not stop there , after noticing that Adam was sullen God induced a heavy sleep and then took one of the ribs and out of it came a beautiful woman that made Adam smile . Adam 's legacies were that he will obey God , protect the animals of the seas and the earth and listen to God the Creator . God had given everything to his hands not only the wife but He instructed him what food and fruits to eat . He also gave God an assurance that he will protect the wife that He had given him . Adam like any other human being had his strengths and weaknesses . One day he left the wife to stray away from him and wander around and she ended up eating the forbidden fruit and that was the beginning of curses from God in place of the promises . Secondly , He could not inquire which fruit the wife was eating and Adam ate the fruit too
