The issues faced by the health care professionals are , however , of more serious concerns as the health care services are highly sensitized and minor issues can lead to grave consequences . For this reason , experts on professional ethics have exerted a lot of effort into shaping models and procedures to mitigate any unexpected risks owing to ethical dilemmas . Similarly , they have also presented standard operating

procedures which are to be followed in that profession . Despite all these measures , ethical dilemmas continue to come to surface . For this purpose , ethical decision making process is included in every formal ethical training program .
