Nowadays , there are many problems in the company that should be addressed to the appropriate personnel . Those personnel will be the ones in charge of the right actions for such delinquency or unethical doings of the employees . Moreover , the specification of tasks makes it easier for employees to be aware of their strengths and

In this company , there are also some problems that are needed to be solved using strategic planning and design especially of activities that will enhance good working relationship among the other employees , and for other departments . I believe that there are no perfect companies who actually do not have any problem in performing their tasks

Probation status is normal on industries that accommodate the jobless to its extent . The main reason why the probation is done to the employees is to determine whether they deserve to the positions they are applying to or if they will be an asset of the company . It is wise to say that people must really look forward to become probationary employees that they are given the chance to be in the team who has the same goal , and that is to be competitive in the world

Being discrete in observing the employees with their performance can actually help the management to assess whether the performance of the employees are natural . If they will be able to know the motif or the intent of some officers , they might pretend to become attentive to the s plus they will give their best in winning the good observation of the group . Discretion is important so as with the probationary status of the employees

Credible people are all we need in the industry now . I agree that we have a pool of minds in the country but not all of them are fit for the goal of our company which can affect our integrity as a group . I believe that we should really put on some time in discussing our standards in judging our employees .
