The borough is one the most economically deprived areas in the UK . However , Newham has one of the most diverse and young population where a large minority group is made up of Black Africans . Preparations that are being made in Newham aim at having the young people engaged Black-Africans included . One of the ways through which this can be done is through volunteering .
