Alleged Abuses by the Law
Generally the original draft contains the basic fundamentals of regulating the government powers (Powell , H .J , 2002 The United States of America bill of rights which is the first ten amendments contains eight article which spells out rights of the citizens . They provide freedom of religion , speech , assembly and petition , it gives right of an individual to own firearms . Moreover it prohibits the government from using private homes as bases of soldier This amendment subsequently protects the citizens against arbitrary arrest , searches and property seizures . in addition it protects the citizens

against unlawful trial , excess bail and unusual punishment of the suspects , speed public trial should be done to the suspected criminals and the suspects should be allowed to seek legal witness and witness .Thus the first ten amendments protects citizens from human rights abuse ( Fullon , R .H ,2004
In conclusion the alleged abuse of power was justified for the demand of independence . The United States of America constitution protects the country against any abuse of law . People have now become free and they can express themselves without any fear
