African Slavery
African Slavery Freedom is perhaps , the most important thing that any person could have Sadly , a lot of individuals and groups have been denied their freedom and liberty throughout history . Literature has been consistent of presenting the norm of dominance and submission that permeated the past history . theless , it has also been presented that among the victims of such exploitation , the African people has been subjected to various forms of slavery wherein they were forced to do labor and services to other people since they were owned slaves Throughout history , the

African people regardless of gender and age , as slaves and were not given the liberty to do things in accordance to their own will . Even more painful for the African slaves are the injustice , discrimination and even brutality they had to endure merely because of their color . Likewise , many African 's were stripped off with their dignities and heritage
As an advocate of freedom and equality , I do not think that any individual regardless of race , color , religion nor culture deserve to be discriminated and treated as mentioned above . The exploitation of certain social classes based on race , religion nor culture and treating them based on their status or rank in society is wrong . People should not be held as slaves just because they differ in color and their features
In addition , society must safeguard the freedom and liberty of every individual across the world . Sadly , slavery has not been entirely abolished . It has only evolved in more sophisticated and modern forms but are basically reminiscent of those of which has existed in the past The inhumane act inflicted to this people created impact that could not be healed by time alone . The burden that they have to endure for such a long time speaks of the continuous existence of discrimination . Such conflict would not be resolved until people realize that people should be treated equally and fairly and the words of Abraham Lincoln (1859 should be the verdict for those people who continuously partake in the act of slavery : Those who deny freedom to others deserve it not for themselves and , under a just God , can not long retain it
