Affirmative Action in the Society of America

Introduction

Affirmative action was formed in the year 1961 by the then president John F .Kennedy under which the Civil Rights Act of 1964 indicated that discrimination is illegal , whereby , an equal employment opportunity for all Americans was established regardless of the race , cultural background or religion . So many questions have been raised about the rights of an individual , where equality is considered to be the major to be addressed . Since it has been argued that not all people in our society are given
