In this regard , teachers who are new in the world of teaching should have proper introduction and orientation of the classroom structure and management . Since they cannot be effective without the basic knowledge and understating of the classroom , it is better if new teachers are acquainted and trained first before they enter the real world of their profession

This training design is intended to new elementary school level teachers who are expected to have less knowledge and experience in the paradigm of classroom structure and management . It aims to equip the new teachers with the abilities on understanding the classroom as the key to successful classroom management .
