They were already and icon embedded in the classic literature of Greece or even the Classical world . They are the famous characters in the classical epic poem of Homer , The Iliad ' and even mentioned in its sequel The Odyssey . They were the bravest warriors of the Trojan War who

fought to defend their kingdom and beliefs . They are considered the strongest among other warriors . They had won a lot of wars . Albeit they were separated by their warring tribes , their virtues were the same . They fought for vengeance and honor . They never heed to fear . Even in the face of death , they will to fight still prevailed . Despite the turmoil and losses on each side , they never retreated . They fought for what they believe was right . They offered their lives for this cause Their heroism affected the lives of the people they love and the other warrior in the war .
