This has given considerable assessment of the contemporary perspectives on achievement motivation and how they are utilized today . This has elaborated how memory as a key discipline in

achievement motivations is associated with the study subject Specifically , this has carried out a meta-analysis of the memory sub processes such as sensory memory , working memory , long-term memory recognition , recall , elaboration theory and rehearsal , with their specific applications and implications . The characteristics of cognition and learning as applicable in real process of tuition or training have been considered . Finally , this has evaluated the social and personal influences on cognition and their application on the learners specialization in everyday situation
