Conchita is a 35-year-old Spanish women who is still unmarried and working as a research chemist working in a small pharmaceutical company .Sharleen Washington is a 32-year-old African American woman . Diagnosis

Conchita had been suffering from panic attacks ever since the age of 24 and thereafter several occurrences of panic attacks made Conchita to reach a helpless condition . These panic attacks occur suddenly in such a manner that , Conchita begins to feel increased anxiety and feels dizzy Cochinta 's arms and legs would be painful , producing a needle like sensation .
