September 11 terrorist attack brought a great realization to the United States of America that their economy 's stability is at stake and millions of lives could be lost in just one blink of an eye . And so the George W . Bush , together with the other Senators and Congressmen , both the Democrat and Republic , created and signed an act that the main concern is for a tighter security to avoid terrorism acts like what happened

in 9 /11 attack . This act was the USA PATRIOTIC Act which means Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism ' Act

The act is about the expansion of the authority of the law enforcement agencies in the United States to fight terrorism . Because of this , it adds up the ability of the law enforcers to conduct searches on telephone , financial records , and other records that may be of use or assistance . It also redefined the restrictions of foreign intelligence collection within the country and increased the capability of the Secretary of the Treasury 's power to control monetary transactions especially foreigners and entities . It also enhanced law enforcement 's discretion regarding deporting suspected immigrants who perform terrorist-related actions . It also expanded terrorism 's definition and included domestic terrorism (Wikipedia

This , in turn , was criticized by many people . Thus , a bill of reauthorization was passed . But still many people are not in favor in the implementation of this act . And in 9 /11 Farenheit , there was actually a scene where Michael Moore records , who is the director of this movie , that Congressman Jim Mcdermot 's allegation that no Senators have read the bill . And in the film John Conyers , Jr say that : We don 't really read most of the bills . Do you know what that would it entail if we read every bill that we passed . He immediately followed up his own answer to his own question saying that if they did read the bill , it would slow down the legislative process

September 11 , 2001 was a day just like any ordinary , calm days in United States . Then , all of the sudden , two airplanes intentionally struck the World Trade Center Twin towers in New York and one airplane damaged a wing of the Pentagon . These airplanes were apparently hi-jacked and the events were intentionally planned to overthrow the economy of the U .S and damage the country as a whole as well .
