Hiring individuals who are satisfied with their work is a very hard task . One must understand different aspects of an individual in to determine work satisfaction . One practical way of understanding the different aspects of an individual who is satisfied with their work is through survey

Survey is a way of collecting data from individuals for the purpose of analysis . Results from a survey are organized

in such a way that it will be easy to handle and analyze . Results of a survey are used to quantify data in to be analysis-ready (Colorado State University [CSU] 2009 . A survey about the job satisfaction of individuals are taken . In addition , intrinsic and extrinsic satisfaction is also included . The survey was coded into numbers for easier analysis of the data . The coded numbers will help a researcher analyze how individuals are satisfied with their work . Thus , the researcher now has a better clue on which individuals will be suitable for a particular work
