Without doubt , the number of Americans in need of education is increasing everyday (Ince 2007 , as are the Americans who are without medical insurance , those who are homeless , and those in need of Social Security services . From such a perspective , the aim of this research is to uncover the issue of our military spending , in view of the recent economic downturn that has dealt us a heavy blow .
